Clearance air sampling
Project air sampling has to come from a third party, independent of the abatement contractor. We don't do abatement, so we can serve as the independent air-sampling firm on jobs where we're hired by the owner or the owner's agent (ICR 56-4.3, 56-4.4(a)).
Mold assessments
New York keeps mold assessment separate from remediation on the same property. We write the assessment and the protocol. The contractor provides the work plan.

Does my new house need a blower door test?
New dwellings in New York are tested against the maximum air leakage rate the 2025 NY energy code sets for the home's climate zone. Vermont uses an RBES test for new homes and covered renovations. Blower door and duct leakage testing is performed by BPI-certified professionals on our team.
